One of the coolest gin bars in Scotland is located in the breath-taking Victorian Interior of De Quincy House in the heart of Glasgow's City Centre, on the corner of Renfield Street. Gin 71 also boasts locations in House of Fraser on Buchanan Street and Merchant City, which offers a unique Gin-themed spa. The popular Glasgow gin bar specializes in a very extensive list of World Class gins, homemade tonics, and cocktails to suit any taste. On top of that, the gin bar offers a table service where you are welcomed at the reception area and shown to a table so you can just sit back, relax and enjoy the gin experience. It is the perfect spot to enjoy sipping on your choice of gin over a catch up with a friend or treat a loved one.

About the Gin Fizz flight…

From entering a magnificent building to getting seated in a charming interior, I personally, was blown away with the Gin71’s gorgeously sleek décor and impressive ceiling. The Grand Bar in the middle of the room showcased a great selection of gins from all over the world. Comfortably seated in the dimmed cosy lounge we were served our Gin Fizz flight for two. The delicious Gin Fizz Flight included three gin liqueurs – Gin Bothy Blueberry, Half Crown Rhubarb & Ginger, and Sovereign Elderflower & Gooseberry. We were also treated to two mini bottles of Bottega Gold and Rose Prosecco to mix with the gin liquors for an extra indulgent treat! Plus, sweet French macaroons and fresh berries were a perfect addition to the experience.

We really enjoyed the Gin Fizz flight, each gin had a distinctly unique flavor. Especially, we loved experimenting and mixing gins with the proseccos, adding fresh blueberries and raspberries. Not to mention, the macaroons we delicious and perfectly complimented the flavors.
